All classes and workshops are currently online. Join Amy to experience all the benefits of her usual classes, but from the warmth and comfort of your own home.

Tuesdays 7.30pm


Amy is an osteopath and a 'Clinical Pilates' instructor and therefore these classes are perfect for beginners or those with injuries. Classes include pelvic and core training, whole body strengthening and stretching. These are also great classes to complement any runners training.

Classes are recorded and can be sent you if you cannot make the live. Please book as normal.

Wednesdays 7am


At home strength workouts, suitable for anyone who wants to increase their strength & power but designed specifically with runners and triathletes in mind. It's time to get stronger, faster and prevent injury.

This class uses a mixture of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises. Classes are recorded and can be sent to you if you cannot make the live. Please book as normal.

Exclusive to 1 Track Mind, this session is Amy's own mixture of various movement practices, breathing techniques and relaxation. This is a beautiful medicinal blend to nurture you body, mind & soul. We run these sessions approx. once a month.

Yoga at 1 Track Mind is about far more than the poses we strike. It's a way inward, to explore and reacquaint with yourself. Notice the subtle whispers and clear your mind. We are so excited to be able to bring this transformative practice to you in the coming months!
