I love to coach purely for those 'YES!' moments however underlying the excitement, is a deep understanding of the person in front of me. My expertise in the human body will elevate you to your peak performance, whilst keeping you grounded, focused and limiting injury.

You already have everything you need inside you to become your own champion. By working together, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to start showing up for yourself. I know all of the right questions to ask, but it's your role to find the answers.


Why my coaching?

My coaching is an investment in high quality, honest advice underpinned by science, medical knowledge and years of experience. As a medical health professional, I will dig deep into all aspects of your health, well being and training - if you want to push boundaries successfully, we need to work with the whole picture.

We all have different strengths and weaknesses and having someone in your corner who is able to recognise these, showcase your strengths and provide solutions to your weaknesses is invaluable to your progress. 

Join me on a never-ending adventure, full of discovery, growth and true enjoyment. You might start with one goal in mind but you never quite know where it will take you. With the right mixture of dedication and determination, you will discover things you never knew about yourself.

Coaching is all currently online. It doesn't matter where you are in the world, we can still work together.


I want you to truly experience the adventure that running is. Whether you want to improve your performance, recover from injury or are just starting out, I offer tailored monthly coaching or one off event plans.


Stand alone or to complement your running, I offer strength & conditioning plans and coaching, private Pilates sessions and Yoga sessions (coming soon!).


If you need help with motivation, believing in yourself, reducing anxiety and that self critical voice inside, this option may be for you. There are so many ways in, including meditation, reflective journalling, breathing techniques and more.

Whether you need help with just one, or all of these areas, we can work together to build the perfect package for you. This is a completely flexible approach, I want to give you exactly what you need, in a way that's right for you.

We'll start with a no obligation Zoom call, which will enable me to understand what you really need and most importantly, what you really want to achieve. We'll look at lots of options and I'll ask lots of questions but this will give me all the information I need to go away and come up with the right package for you.
